NERAF Support and other help groups

Drinking is fine in moderation. But what do you do when its running and ruining your life? Where do you go? How do you and your loved ones get your lives back on track? NERAF is a registered charity established to help you to do this. We offer support groups and a one to one mentoring service and are ran by people previously affected by alcohol misuse. Whether you just want a cuppa and a chat, or feel you need support with other problems such as debt, filling in forms, just call in on us. NERAF works on the ethos of peer support where we can help each other because we have been through what you are going through now.

National alcohol support

aaAA - Alcoholics Anonymous
Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.

The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A.A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. A.A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.http://www.alcoholics-anonymous.org.uk
